The game is set in the Third Crusade which happened from 1189-1192. It is the time when the rulers of European countries are planning to start a campaign to recover the Holy Land. To fulfill this mission, you have to assume the role of Richard the Lionheart or Saladin.
There are two campaigns which you can play in Lionheart: Kings' Crusade: Crusader and Saracen. Engage in different battles to promote the objectives of each campaign. You have to do everything to save your people from the threats of an invasion.
This game enables you to take command over hundreds of soldiers and their army leaders. Use them to expand your territories. You can also upgrade the characters according to your strategy. The game also has a 3D map which can help you monitor your enemies.
With its realistic simulation of the historical battles, Lionheart: Kings' Crusade is definitely a game worth playing.
